Role Overview:As a Webflow Expert at White Mountain Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and functional websites that seamlessly align with our clients' brand identities. Your proficiency in Webflow and deep understanding of web development principles will be instrumental in creating dynamic and engaging digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to translate design concepts into fully functional and responsive websites using Webflow.
- Build custom components, interactions, and animations that enhance user engagement and elevate the overall user experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of designs and optimize websites for speed and performance.
- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs to enhance website functionality and user capabilities.
- Maintain and update existing websites, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our development processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior developers and collaborate in fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Expert with a portfolio showcasing a range of web development projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on responsive and mobile-first design.

- Experience with integrating third-party tools, APIs, and plugins into Webflow projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
